Turbo balancing service.

There is no warranty/liability on diy components due to the nature of the finally assembly being handled outside of the shop.

This is a balancing service for turbo charger components and assemblies. Balancing is performed on a WCB-30 balancer. It is a soft bearing balancer and can handle up to 30lbs.

If your building your own turbo, replacing a damaged wheel, or need a very lightly damaged wheel brought back into spec it can be done on this balancer. I recommend using new parts when applicable but I know some parts are no longer available or hard to get. New wheels are usually 70/30 meaning 70% usually come in at spec or below and 30% tend to be lightly above spec or way out and need to be tuned to provide a reliable component that will survive a race season or that weekend trip to take the toys out (just a example). What's needed is the compressor wheel, the turbine wheel, the thrust collar system, and the compressor nut. I call this a full stack and I need it to be able to properly assembly balance the rotor group.
