Meet the Super Villain.

After trying everything possible to make the s300's run how I expect them too I left the platform and designed the HX Super Hero's. I just could not make the s300's work. This was in May of 2019. Give it three years and I decided to take another shot at the s300.
Using a sxe base frame charger utilizing the 78/68 turbine wheel I went forward with making a new housing for it using what I have learned from making the hero's. I intended for it to be better then the .70 borg housing but not as good as the 9cm housing that is on the hero's. Initial testing has it performing insanely good haha. As in I had no idea if it would work or not (it should but that's prototype stuff for you, it can all look right and just plain not work and too date, the s300's haven't worked in my opinion). It shreds. It is responding to fuel input extremely quick. Egt's are getting stone walled as soon as the boost comes up, 21 psi at 2000 rpms 1024* egt. 46 psi at 3000 rpms 1226* egt's 51 psi at 3000 rpms 1316* egt's. The thing is strait wild. The numbers above are not when it hits that boost number, the number was reached then the rpm held steady state using a long grade on a 97 3500 truck. All smoke free on the 63mm compressor wheel. I finally have a s300 where I can chase the boost pressure with fuel instead of trying to make boost by adding fuel. The turbo is staying ahead of the fuel curve which is something I never thought I could get a s300 to do. Currently the villains will all be a 68mm turbine wheel but I may play with making the 74mm turbine wheel fit for those all out applications. The big reason for wanting to make it work was to try to build y'all a charger that can really take a serious beating while still being halfway decent to drive and tow with. The s300 size and bearing size gets that big increase in durability. And the villain housing make it run like I personally feel they should. These are currently brand new. And still getting the base testing done but I know I am enjoying mine which was quite the surprise. These are a fabricated turbine housing and as such they do have a little bit of a wait time. If ordered expect a 3-6 week duration from point of order to point of ship. I can Taylor these to your setup to a fair degree, sxe hose outlet, sxe cast elbow, and forward facing compressor outlets. The turbine outlet comes as a hx40 but I can swap it to a He351cw outlet. The hx40 down pipe tends to be easier to get and cheaper. And most your current s300 t3's are hx40. If you already have a 68 turbine sxe s300 then I can set that charger up on the villain housing but the charger should be sent in due to their being two different 68 turbine s3's. I can do a 63-66-69mm compressor options for different power levels. All using the same 68 turbine. Like stated I do plan on playing around with the 74 turbine as well but for now the 68 is killing it.

What is the Vigilante upgrade?

The Vigilante upgrade is a new highly modified turbine wheel. It trades off a small amount of spool up for a big gain in flow from the mid range to the top end. On the dyno this shows up as a increase in engine Volumetric Efficiency in this range. Better egt control, more power potential. It looks almost exactly the same as a ported head and it a cam change without the cost associated with both of those without it potentially cause a large loss in low end engine ve like what a head/cam can do if they are too large. I can provide photos through text/email for serious inquiries.

If ordered without asking PLEASE NOTE WHAT STYLE OF COVER AND TURBINE OUTLET FLANGE YOU WOULD LIKE.
