This only fits the 76/67 turbine wheels. it will not work on a factorry turbine wheel or a 76/64 turbine wheel.

There are several options.

This fits Hx35/40's that have a 76/67 turbine wheel. It will fit both 12 and ten blade turbine wheels.

There is no liability/warranty for diy parts due to the nature of diy. This applies to all options.

This is the drop in hx super 9. It does have a lower flow rate then the non drop in but many cases do not need the extreme flow rate of the hx 40 style hx super 9. Engines operating mainly below 500 whp/2700 rpms will see no changes between the two housings yet the bolt in is just that. Bolt in. Your oem 5 bolt adapter flange will bolt up to this housing, your exhaust brake, current compound kit using a 12cm housing. This retro fits the 12cm's. My original goal was going after the s300's. After bearing them I turned it on our own housing options and wanted to make the 12cm obsolete. The drop in9cm accomplished this goal to a extreme degree.

Also available is the hx40 outlet version. This housing is also a 9cm but due to the internal gate design it flows up to 800whp on a 5.9L and 6.7L motor.

This is for the hx super 9 housing diy kit.

There are several options.

This fits Hx35/40's that have a 76/67 turbine wheel. It will fit both 12 and ten blade turbine wheels.

There is no liability/warranty for diy parts due to the nature of diy. This applies to all options.

The first option is for the housing only kit which includes the turbine housing, stainless steel hold downs, spring gate kit, and gasket kit which consist of the turbo to manifold gasket and oil drain gasket.

The second option will include a new 10 blade 76/67 turbine wheel and the same rebuilt kit we use here. The turbine wheels will be checked for appropriate balance but it is still recommended to have the turbine and compressor balanced together. If you would like to send in your compressor to be balanced to the turbine wheel please email me. Balancing is $120.00 and will be returned with the kit. Please email or call before ordering if you would like to have your compressor balanced with the turbine wheel.

The third option will be the turbine housing kit with turbine wheel, compressor wheel of choice, 60mm, 62mm, or 67mm [say in the notes what size] to fit these wheels the center cartridge needs to be machined. The kit will come with the compressor cover and rebuilt kit, turbine and compressor wheel be balanced and marked before being shipped. This is for DIY'r's who are comfortable around the inside of turbochargers.

Warning: Holset hx35/40 shafts are left hand thread. Using a 12 point nut the torque spec is 124"(inch) lbs.

There is no liability/ warranty for these diy kits. The majority of wheels come in at the balanced spec but not always. We can verify/and adjust it to below spec to increase reliability/success of your rebuild. This is not to imply that you still can't mess it up or that assembling that parts without a verify balance means immediate failure. It's about 70% come in within and 30% need some fine tuning to get to spec. To get below spec will almost always require some fine tuning on the balancer. I have a very limited number of these housings to send out until my next 50 come in. I apologize if you missed out but it is first come first serve on these kits. This is the same 9cm housing used on the hx super 9's. On 5.9's it has supports 917 whp and on 6.7's 840 whp, both these are fuel only on the 67mm compressor wheel. On nitrous the number currently is 1448 whp. These housings are a amazing piece of technology finally brought back to the hx series of turbos. If your on a 67mm turbine hx turbo from another builder this will retrofit it from the current (example-12cm housing) to the nee 9cm housing.
