On 24 valve engines I need to know what style dipstick you have. Thank you! The 3" aluminum intake horns greatly improve airflow into the engine.They make the flow more smooth which helps to increase air density in the cylinder to make more power. the airflow velocity is also much higher so more air can fill the cylinder per intake event. The properties of aluminum really help pull heat out of the intake air as well, at higher boost pressures charger outlet temps get a lot higher than engine bay temperatures so the aluminum is able to pull heat out of the intake air making the air charge more dense. Every intake horn is hand made start to finish, they are taller than the other brands to get the smoothest and highest velocity charge possible to the engine. On stock motors exhaust temperatures on average drop 50-80 degrees, and on performance applications exhaust temperatures on average drop over 150 degrees. Most noticeable is how much slower exhaust temperatures rise, they climb much slower allowing the motor to run at higher throttle for a longer duration. Turbo spool time is also decreased a significant amount.
